3 Retailer, Merchant & Expat Business Terms

Business owners who list their store, butchery, or expat trade service on SouthAfricanShops.uk agree to:

• Accuracy of Information: Provide genuine trading names, correct physical storefront addresses, accurate UK telephone numbers, and authentic product pricing.
• Regulatory Compliance: Comply with all applicable UK food hygiene, trading standards, and consumer rights regulations.
• Boosted / Sponsored Partner Plans: Subscriptions for Boosted Partner tiers (£29/mo) and Expat Trade tiers (£14/mo) are billed monthly on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time prior to the renewal billing cycle via the Merchant Hub.
• Listing Verification & Removal: We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any store listing or trade listing that contains false information, violates UK laws, or engages in fraudulent consumer practices.

4 User Conduct & Community Reviews

When interacting with the platform (including submitting reviews, contacting merchants, or adding Saffa events), you agree not to:

• Post fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, or misleading reviews of competing businesses.
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or harvest business contact databases using automated bots without prior written consent.
• Distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited marketing material to listed store owners.

5 Intellectual Property & Fair Use of Trademarks

All custom graphics, directory design layouts, code, branding emblems, and editorial content on SouthAfricanShops.uk are the property of SouthAfricanShops.uk.
